MoEx to start publishing warehouse price index from Friday

MOSCOW, Jul 21 (PRIME) -- The Moscow Exchange will start calculating and publishing an index of warehouse property prices on Friday, the trading floor said.

"The Moscow Exchange is starting to calculate and publish a new indicator, the MOEX warehouse index, that will be calculated based on the data of the price of warehouse real estate, on July 21, 2023. The index code is CREI," the bourse said.

The index will be calculated monthly, while the index base will be revised quarterly. The warehouses built in or after 2010 of at least 20,000 square meters will be accounted for.

The Moscow Exchange will also launch a full yield index including the rent prices with a code CREITR.
